The owners, Kenny & Gill Adamson, first stumbled across Juan les Pins almost a decade ago, whist staying in the mountains above Nice. Both fell in love with the beautiful beaches, high class shopping of Cannes and Antibes with wonderful café and restaurants on your door step and of course the amazing climate of the South of France.
Cotes d’Azur luxury apartment is situated 500m from the stunning beach in the vibrant Juan les Pins. Situated west of the town of Antibes (5 min Drive) and popular with the international jet set. Juan les Pins is a major holiday destination and offers something for everyone.

The beautiful sandy beaches offer a great opportunity for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The beach is 500 meters from the apartment and has been voted “Travellers Choice 2016 Winner” by TripAdvisor.
There is an abundance of outdoor activities such as cycling, running, walking, kayaking, canoeing, scuba diving, snorkeling and even skiing in the winter.
Alternatively, there is also plenty of boat tours, a must is a trip from the beach at Juan Les Pins across the bay to Saint Tropez. The experience of mooring alongside the boats, artists and colorful old buildings and restaurants of the harbor, will be a lovely memory to take home.
Juan les Pins also has a train station within walking distance, regular trains run right across the Cote d’Azur and all places are easy by public transport. Another must is a trip to Monaco, which is easily accessible by train or car. This is a fantastic place, where the richest people in the world hang out!! It is worth a visit just to look at the designer shops and fast cars & yachts and dream what kind of lifestyle you would have if money was no object. Time it right and you can watch the Grand prix, or even drive round the twists and turns through Monte Carlo.
Discover the sights and entertainment of Cannes, you will struggle to find a city promenade more dazzling than La Croisette. Visit in May and you can see the many famous faces attending the Cannes Film Festival. The bay in Cannes is glorious and there are both private and public sandy beaches..
As well as the well known towns there are lots of mountain top villages where you can stop to wander along the cobbled streets and around every corner you will find the breathtaking views towards the sparkling sea. Find a café to relax and watch the people passing, or sit in the shade and watch the locals play boules. You can visit the perfumeries in Grasse and Eze or stroll around the many artists shops in St Paul de Vence.
