Our reputation is central to our success and we therefore go to great lengths to protect it. By offering excellent customer service as well as the highest standards in the apartment, we hope you will return to us for years to come.
We have a fantastic team on hand in the South of France so that the apartment is at its best when you arrive. Kenny and Gill, the owners, are also regular visitors to the property to ensure the property and its contents are maintained as required.
But of course, it is what you think that counts. That is why we welcome your comments and take all feedback very seriously. By monitoring this feedback we can ensure the apartment is maintained and continuously improved.
The apartment has everything you need and more for an enjoyable holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances you would expect for every day use and extras such as Nespresso machine. The well furnished living room can accommodate comfortably all the residents – see amenities section for a detailed breakdown of what is available.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment.
The cost of the holiday includes fuel and power of a reasonable usage. The property includes air conditioning which during the summer keeps the apartment cool and comfortable. We would ask that to ensure the cost of running the air conditioning is not excessive, that doors and windows remain closed when the units are on, and that units are switched off when exiting the apartment.
The owners reserve the right to charge for excessive usage of electricity.
Smoking is not allowed in the property and an additional charge will be made to cover cleaning and replacing any damaged items if this is not adhered to. E-cigarettes may be used on the outside terrace only.
Linen will be provided for all the beds and a set of towels per person. These towels should not be used at the pool or at the beach.
Should you require additional linen or towels, or pool/beach towels, these can be provided at an additional charge when making a booking.
Prices are displayed below the availability calendar on the website. A deposit is required per details in the booking section, and the balance is paid eight weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Any booking made within eight weeks of the start date of the holiday will require payment in full at the time of booking.
Lettings commence at 3pm on the first day of your holiday (usually a Saturday) and end at 10am on the day of departure. Please advise expected arrival time / flight details, at least one week before arrival. Late departure times may be available if the apartment is not subsequently booked, and is previously agreed with the owner.
If it is possible to accommodate any changes we will be happy to do so. However this involves extra administration and you may be charged a £30 administration fee if changes are made.
If changes are required due to matters outwith the control of the owner you will be offered alternative dates, or a full refund of any deposits paid.
We would recommend having insurance to protect against the financial risks associated with going on holiday.

When you make a booking you enter into a legal contract with the owner of the apartment. Please see the website to read the terms and conditions, and booking conditions.
We hope that you have a fantastic stay in the apartment, but should something go wrong, you can contact the property manager 24hr a day, 7 days a week and they will assist you. We also have a list of emergency contact details in the apartment for local doctors, hospitals etc should you require them.
